Legal guarantee and commercial guarantees
Legal guarantee
If delivered goods show obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please notify us or the carrier as soon as possible. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights. For defects occurring during the statutory legal guarantee period, the statutory remedies apply, including repair or replacement. Where the legal requirements are met, further rights may include a price reduction, withdrawal from the contract, damages and reimbursement of wasted expenditure.
EU notice on legal guarantee rights
Every consumer in the European Union benefits from at least two years of legal guarantee protection for consumer goods. The harmonised EU notice summarises the main rights and remedies available when goods are faulty.
Guarantee
For certain products, a manufacturer guarantee is provided in addition to the statutory legal guarantee rights. We may also provide a separate guarantee for individual products independently of the manufacturer conditions. Guarantee rights apply without prejudice to statutory rights. The applicable terms can be found in the guarantee certificate supplied with the product or in the guarantee conditions contained in the instructions for use. Please keep the original proof of purchase or invoice for any guarantee claim.
EU GARAN label
The EU GARAN label identifies a voluntary commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer where it is provided at no additional cost, covers the entire good and lasts for more than two years. Statutory legal guarantee rights remain unaffected.
Please read the instructions for use and, where applicable, care instructions carefully before using the goods.
